If you are a passenger arriving in Panama, do not forget to add all the details about your arrival flight, time, airline, terminal number, etc.
If your flight is operated by COPA AIRLINES, you must go to TERMINAL #2 (New Terminal). All other airlines must go through TERMINAL #1.
Our representatives will wait for you at the customs exit gate of the corresponding terminal with a sign with your name on it. Please make sure that the representative has your name correctly registered. Do not take transport that does not have your exact name registered.
