If you feel the desire to totally immerse yourself in the local culinary culture, you are in the right place, welcome to Grazia's kitchen! I offer a cooking class that includes the preparation of two types of fresh egg pasta with a rolling pin. It will be an interactive and well-balanced cooking class, you will have your hands mixed with egg and flour, and you will see me at the stove for the preparation of sauces, including Bolognese ragout, and plating. Vegetarian menu, fresh pasta with semolina flour, potato dumplings, available on request. Celiac menu not available.
The lesson is in English and Italian.
my dog is my family and lives in the house with me.If you are allergic or afraid of dogs, maybe this pasta lesson is not for you. I accept minimum 2 guests per class.
