Maison ZEYSSOLFF is one of the few authentic cellars in Alsace, dating from 1870, with about twenty hundred-year-old oak foudres each having a capacity of 10,000L still used for the winemaking of its wines. His great curiosity is the ZEYSSOLFF barrel, manufactured in 1897 for the Paris World’s Fair (1900). This barrel is still used today.
