For transfers from Positano to Rome, your driver will pick you up directly from your hotel or accommodation in Positano and drive you comfortably along the motorway to Rome city centre, your hotel, or Rome airport.
For airport departures, I usually recommend leaving Positano approximately 6 hours before your flight time. This allows enough time for the drive to Rome and about 2 hours for check-in and airport procedures.
