This walk is an opportunity to immersion in Azores nature, and also in yourself. Although holidays are a time to relax a lot of times we end up rushing to see all the beautiful places that our trip offers us. This is an opportunity to slow down, to take the time to truly relax and then enjoy fully all our holiday's experiences and life. In this island, I'm the only one that due to this kind of work, so come and join me in this deep and unique experience.

Follow EN1-1A in the southwest cost until Serreta village, after the village same road you enter Serreta wood and drive until Mata Serreta Park stop in the parking lot at the end of the park.

What to expect

Nature Therapy walks is inspired in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku or Forest Bathing. On this walk, during 3 hours we travel to hidden places on the island, where I will guide you to experience the magical connection to the Azores nature. We travel in easy trails in nature. The silence of the trees, the earth, the water, and the sky are doors to open other dimensions of ourselves. Our pace will be always slow, we won't travel long distances, but each place is full of endless layers to uncover. I (the guide) will facilitate the connection of each person with himself through nature, offering invitations for deeper immersion as we walk and contemplate. Silence is the preferred language of experience, but in some moments we could be called to share experiences. It's a trip of the senses through the mystical landscapes of the Azores. In this journey Nature is always our true guide.
