Pickup details:

We pick up from all hotels - rentals located from Playa del Carmen to Tulum. An additional pick-up fee will be due to the guide on the day of the tour if you are staying in Puerto Morelos (USD 45) or Cancun (USD 90). If condo or house rental, we require the full name and address of the place, sharing location via phone upon arrival is requested. For the best experience, we advise choosing a pick-up time of 6:00 am. This will allow you to avoid both the crowds and the heat, ensuring a more enjoyable outing. No shows applies 15 minutes after confirmed pick up time.

    Avoid the rush and be the first to explore Chichen Itza! You'll be picked up early in the morning to ensure you arrive at the site right when it opens. With your private guide, you'll have skip-the-line tickets, giving you priority entrance. Not only will you get to be one of the first to enter, but you'll also beat the heat while exploring. You'll enjoy a comprehensive guided tour of the Chichen Itza site with a private certified guide.
