Meeting and pickup
We pick up from all hotels - rentals located from Playa del Carmen to Tulum. An additional pick-up fee will be due to the guide on the day of the tour if you are staying north of Playa del Carmen (USD 30), Puerto Morelos (USD 45) or Cancun (USD 90). In case of rentals, we need the name and address, and that you share the location via whatsapp. No-shows apply 15 minutes after the confirmed pick-up time. For the best experience, we advise choosing a pick-up time of 6:30 am. This will allow you to avoid both the crowds and the heat, ensuring a more enjoyable outing. 1Chichen Itza
Get ahead of the crowds and be the first to enter Chichen Itza! We'll pick you up early in the morning (with a private vehicle from your hotel-rental, approx 2h30 driving) so you can arrive at the site right when it opens. With your private guide, you'll have skip-the-line tickets, so you won't have to wait. This means you'll be among the first to explore the site and you'll also beat the heat. Your guide will provide a full private tour of Chichen Itza, and if you'd like, you'll have some free time at the end to browse and shop for souvenirs.

2Hacienda Oxman Cenote
If you choose the tour with a Cenote, you'll have the opportunity to take a refreshing swim in either Cenote Samula, Xkeken, or Oxman. It's the perfect way to cool off after exploring the ruins. Don't worry about feeling rushed - you can stay at the cenote for as long as you like and fully enjoy the experience. We'll provide life vests for your safety.

You'll get to enjoy an authentic Yucatan lunch with your guide at one of the city's top restaurants. Afterward, you'll have some free time to explore the charming colonial town, including the main square and convent areas that are must-see attractions. If you're interested, you'll also have some free time for shopping. After lunch, we'll take you back to your hotel or rental in Tulum (approx. 2-hour drive).
