We pick up from all hotels - rentals located in Tulum Akumal Puerto Aventuras. In case of rentals, we need the name and address, and that you share the location via whatsapp. No-shows apply 15 minutes after the confirmed pick-up time. For the best experience, we advise choosing a pick-up time of either 7:30 am or 8 am. This will allow you to avoid both the crowds and the heat, ensuring a more enjoyable outing. No shows applies 15 minutes after confirmed pick up time.

    Start your day off right by beating the crowds and heat! We will pick you up with a private vehicle from your hotel-rental (approx 40 minutes driving). Experience a personalized tour of the Tulum Mayan ruins at your own leisure, led by a private certified guide. Afterward, take some time to browse and shop for souvenirs.
