Pickup details:

We pick up from all hotels - rentals located from Playa del Carmen to Tulum. An additional pick-up fee will be due to the guide on the day of the tour if you are staying north of Playa del Carmen (USD 30), Puerto Morelos (USD 45) or Cancun (USD 90). If condo or house rental, we require the full name and address of the place, sharing location via phone upon arrival is requested. No-shows apply 15 minutes after the confirmed pick-up time. For the best experience, we advise choosing a pick-up time of either 7:30 am or 8 am. This will allow you to avoid both the crowds and the heat, ensuring a more enjoyable outing.

    We will pick you up with a private vehicle from your hotel-rental (approx 40 minutes driving) We start with swimming and snorkeling in cenote Nicte Ha. It's an open-air cenote filled with small fishes, lily flowers, and beautiful sunlight reflecting in the water. There's even a small jumping platform. This cenote is suitable for everyone, including kids, as it has easy access to the water and is perfect for all levels of snorkeling.​
