Pickup details:

We pick up from all hotels - rentals located from Playa del Carmen to Tulum. An additional pick-up fee will be due to the guide on the day of the tour if you are staying north of Playa del Carmen (USD 30), Puerto Morelos (USD 45) or Cancun (USD 90). If condo or house rental, we require the full name and address of the place, sharing location via phone upon arrival is requested. No-shows apply 15 minutes after the confirmed pick-up time.

    We will pick you up with a private vehicle from your hotel-rental (approx 40 minutes driving) Enjoy swimming alongside majestic turtles with your own private snorkeling guide! No need for a boat as the snorkeling is conveniently done from the shore, and the ocean in this protected bay is blissfully calm. Get ready to witness the wonder of sea turtles up close, and if luck is on your side, you may even encounter graceful stingrays and a multitude of vibrant, colorful fish.
