Nashik is a spiritual city located at 160km away from Aurangabad. Nashik gets its name from the the episode of Ramayana. It has lot of mythological stories related to Hinduism holy books. It is one of the four locations of the Kumbh Mela festival. With this tour, you will explore the mythological history of Nashik and also, you will see the Hindu culture. We will explain you the religion aspect of Hinduism or an idea to imagine how Hinduism is practiced in India.
You will explore lot of ancient temples dated from 8-10th centur, it has a importance for all Hindus in India. After having a long era of spiritual side, we will go to visit one of the best vineyard in Nashik and get to know why it is also a capital of wine in India.

We will start our beautiful day in Nashik by visiting this temple first. During the exile of lord Ram, Shurpnakha (sister of devil Ravan) tried to seduce Ram. Angered, Ram ordered Lakshman to cut off Shurpnakha´s nose. This temple is the place where it happened.
This will be our 2nd stop, we will explore where Sita got kidnapped by the demon Ravan.
This is 350 years old temple with carving and few sculptures. This temple is an alarm at the time of flood or in monsoon time because it has 20 tons of weight bell which get rings by the force of the water only. Local says, you can hear that noise in 15 KM radius. This is a great example of architectural style called Maya.
From Naroshankar temple, we will take a walk till Ramkund. During the walk, we will admire the different way of life around the sacred river called Godavari. We will see lots of people taking bath there which they consider a place for purifying themselves from the sins. At the same time, we will discover small Bramha temple which is under the water during 5 years and gets open only once.
The Kalaram temple is old Hindu shrine dedicated to lord Ram. It is most important shrine in the city. The temple was found by Mr. Odhekar and was built around 1788. He had a dream that statue of Ram in black color was in Godavari river so he found it in real and built the temple.
We will stop on a traditional thali restaurant for lunch
After having authentic food, we will go to this vineyard to taste Indian wines with a knowledge of how they make it. This place has got a lovely view beside the Gangapur dam. So one can enjoy the wine with cool breeze along with beautiful view.
