Meeting and pickup
For your convenience, we offer early morning shuttle service from select pickup locations throughout Miami Beach, including all hotels along Collins Avenue (1st Street to 96th Street). All we ask is you make sure you inform us on where you will be staying at. Staying on Washington Avenue or a nearby street? No problem—we'll direct you to the closest Collins Avenue pickup spot for both pickup and drop-off. If you're staying in Downtown Miami, pickup is available only from the Holiday Inn Downtown at 340 Biscayne Boulevard at 5:50 a.m. Guests must contact us in advance to confirm their hotel and receive exact pickup instructions.
