What to expect
Aboard a vintage car, you will reach Tramonti, where Roberto and his staff will welcome you in their structure to introduce you to the world of pizza. The course will start with the tour in the vegetable garden at km 0 and will be divided into three sentences: the first phase, where you will discover the history of Tramonti pizza, its origins, dough techniques and
the use of raw materials; the second phase where a
real dough with the transformation and baking of the dough
that will be seasoned at will with the typical products of Tramonti and the
third stage of the tasting, where you will taste the excellence
of the territory.
