Japanese Tea Tasting
Taste several Japanese teas including Sencha, Hojicha, Genmaicha, Wakoucha, and Matcha.
Japanese Tea Brewing
Learn how to brew Japanese tea using a traditional kyusu teapot. Practice techniques such as water temperature, leaf quantity, and multiple infusions.
Tea & Shochu Pairing
Experience how tea is sometimes enjoyed with Shochu in casual Japanese drinking culture. Guests may try a simple “tea-wari” style pairing.
