Here you will taste the most iconic main coruses (Amatriciana,Carbonara and Tagliatelle with mushrooms) and you will breath the Roman lifestyle through the Trastevere alleys.

- Pizza "Scrocchiarella" (literally "Crunchy") and Supplì in one of the ancient Pizzeria inside the Jewish Ghetto. - Roman Artichoke, Fried Cod Filet, Red Wine and at the end as a dessert Fried Ricotta Cheese with Sour cherry jam, Restaurant da Mino (owner's name).
- You will walk through the ancient "Ponte Sisto" bridge until you arrive inside the beautiful "Trilussa" Square where you will breath the Roman lifestyle. "Trilussa" is the pseudonym of Carlo Alberto Camillo Salustri who was an Italian poet, writer and journalist, particularly known for his works in Romanesco dialect.
- Tipical Roman Restaurant where you will choose (and of course taste) two of the special Roman main courses, between Amatriciana, Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe and Tagliatelle with mushrooms.
- At the end of the walking and eating tour inside the historical and ancient Roman alleys you will taste one of the most sweety Gelato with panna.
