This experience will be based on “choux” dough, where “chouquettes” are made of.

Did you know that behind “choux” dough a history of a very famous duchesse is hidden? did you know that french marriage cake “piece montée” is also based on this famous dough?

Share this special moment with your child with a four hands class. You will learn to pipe and taste the delicious chouquettes you will do by yourself.

Join our French cooking class in the heart of Paris

For one hour and a half, you will learn everything about “La Pâte à Choux” which is the base for several French pastries

Did you know that this dough dates from the XVI century?

We will start from “la Mise en place” then we will travel together over centuries to discover all the extraordinary pastries that you will be able to do after this class

Come and join us, on this unique French baking class which it will be a hand-on activity for making Chouquettes, being one of the most popular pastries in France for breakfast
