What to expect

You’ll be welcomed into Sip ’n Bite, an intimate boutique wine bar in central Sofia. During this 90-minute guided tasting, you’ll sample five curated Bulgarian wines from small producers, paired with aged cheeses, artisan charcuterie, traditional dips and bread. Along the way, your host, a sommelier with a WSET Diploma, will introduce you to native grapes, key wine regions and the stories behind Bulgaria’s modern wine scene.
