You'll prepare appetizers, pasta and dessert, using only fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The chef selects recipes based on seasonality of the produce. You'll learn how to chop, braise, boil, cook and roast to create a complete Tuscan meal.

An expert local chef will teach you how to cook a complete menu, from appetizers to dessert, using only the freshest seasonal ingredients, most of which come from the area!
At the end of the cooking class, your work will be awarded with a feast of your own creations and enjoy the authenticity of your dishes. Your meals will be paired with the wines, produced by the estate hosting your cooking class. Your meals will be paired with the most praised and notable Tuscan wines. In addition, you will taste extra virgin olive oil, as it represents yet another appreciated product produced in Tuscany .
