Walkthrough the crazy by-lanes of Old Delhi using a swanky subway ride and make your first stop at an old eatery for Dahi Bhalla (Fried lentil balls mixed with Yogurt and Tamarind Sauce). Once you’re done here, get ready to stuff some delicious paranthas (Indian flatbread filled with a variety of stuffing’s like cheese, cashews, chili, and lemon to name a few!)
You will then stop at Gurudwara Sis Ganj Sahib , (Sikh Gurudwara with an important historic reference) where you can learn about the community kitchen service and learn about Sikh history as to gain some insight knowledge about this religion.
Continue your food walk with, some sweet jalebis (a deep-fried sweet dish made by cornflour and sugar syrup) and samosa (fried triangular bread stuffed with potatoes) from a 100-year-old shop.
After this, drive in a rickshaw towards the spice market to see the whole world of spices and then fill your belly some more with dishes like Karachi Halwa, chole bhatura (chickpeas curry and fried bread) and a chilled glass of Lassi! (Sweetened yogurt).
Finish your gastronomic journey with some chilled and mouth-watering kulfi (Indian ice cream with more than 20 flavors) before your guide takes you back and drop at the metro station.
