Address: Westmeers 74, 8000 Bruges. From Westmeers, take the steps on the left next to restaurant Gauthierz up to the courtyard. The workshop is in the left building with many windows and a red double door. Parking: underground ’t Zand, exit toward Westmeers.
What to expect
This unique experience combines the rich heritage of Belgian beer with the art of Belgian waffle making in a hands-on, interactive session — completely alcohol-free.
Responding to the growing demand for alcohol-free beers, Belgium once again proves to be a pioneer. During this workshop, participants start with enjoying a curated tasting of carefully selected Belgian alcohol-free beers and are introduced to the surprising depth and variety of the alcohol-free beer world.
Participants then select an alcohol-free beer to infuse into their waffle batter and take part in a personalized waffle baking class under expert guidance. The perfect Belgian pairing of waffles and alcohol-free beer creates a distinctive and inclusive culinary experience.
The experience concludes with a self-indulgent feast of your own freshly baked Brussels waffles, paired with chosen toppings and alcohol-free beers. Participants leave with a satisfied palate and the know-how to recreate this unique pairing at home, making it a memorable and one-of-a-kind gastronomic journey.
