What to expect

Sit down with a professional sushi chef still working in the industry and learn all the secrets. Being such an iconic and culturally important dish, sushi is taken very seriously at the top level. Learn all of the details it takes to make high quality sushi supervised by a real expert. And “all of the details” really means all of the details. From the preparation and maintenance of the sushi knives to the washing and seasoning of rice to the plating of the dish, you will learn every step from the beginning. Use the freshest Japanese ingredients in the most effective way to get the perfect flavors. Grind your own fresh wasabi to pair with your creation and make a traditional omelet for a side. Take home the skills and a certificate of completion to show off to your friends back home by selecting the certificate option package.
