Your adventure begins with breakfast at your hotel in Arusha, followed by a scenic drive in a private 4x4 safari vehicle to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a full-day game drive through its diverse landscapes of savannah, acacia woodlands, riverine forests and iconic baobabs. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds and abundant wildlife, including wildebeest, zebras, buffalo, giraffes, impalas, lions and many bird species. You may also spot unique species such as gerenuk and fringe-eared oryx. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed at a scenic location inside the park before continuing your game drive. In the late afternoon, exit the park and drive to Karatu for check-in at your lodge or camp, followed by dinner and relaxation. Optional activities include guided walking safaris and night game drives, offering opportunities to see nocturnal wildlife such as bush babies, civets and leopards.
After breakfast at your lodge in Karatu, you will depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend over 600 meters into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and renowned wildlife haven. The crater floor supports abundant wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas, jackals and, with luck, the rare black rhinoceros. You will also explore Lake Magadi, known for its flamingos, hippos and other waterbirds. After a picnic lunch and rewarding game drive, you will continue towards the central Serengeti, enjoying scenic views and possible wildlife sightings along the way. By evening, you will arrive at your lodge or tented camp for dinner and an overnight stay surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.
After an early breakfast at your lodge in the heart of the Serengeti, set out for a full-day game drive across the park’s vast plains. With the morning offering excellent wildlife activity, keep watch for lions, cheetahs, leopards and other predators, along with large herds of wildebeest, zebras, elephants and giraffes. Your experienced guide will take you to prime viewing areas while sharing insights into the Serengeti ecosystem and the seasonal movements of the Great Migration. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot before continuing your exploration in the afternoon, searching for rhinos, big cats and diverse birdlife. As the afternoon light creates beautiful golden-hour scenes across the plains, continue your wildlife viewing before returning to your lodge in the early evening to relax after an unforgettable day in the Serengeti.
In the morning after you have had scrumptious breakfast, you will depart with picnic lunch for a full day game drive to the northern Serengeti Kogatende area following the great migration along the Mara River or any possible location in the Serengeti national park. The game drive will be along the Mara River and other interesting places in the north where the big groups of wildebeests together with Zebras and other migratory animals will be at that particular time. After the full day of game drive, your driver will drive in the direction off to the camp for evening leisure and hot dinner.

Begin your final morning in the Serengeti with an optional early game drive, when the savannah comes alive with wildlife and predators are often active. Depending on the season and location, you may witness lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, and large herds of antelope, with the possibility of experiencing the Great Migration around the Mara River. After the game drive, return to your lodge or tented camp for breakfast or brunch. Depending on your onward travel plans and flight schedule, you will then be transferred either to Kogatende Airstrip for a flight to Zanzibar or another destination, or back to Arusha Airport if your onward flight departs from Arusha. This allows you to enjoy your final moments in the Serengeti while ensuring a smooth connection to your next destination.
