What's Included
Meeting and pickup
This product is one way airport transfer. Please advise where you want us to pick you up. We will send message to reconfirm booking information. Option 1 (airport pick-up): We will wait for you at airport, if you chose to pick up at airport, drop off at your hotel. Option 2 (airport drop-off): We will wait for you at your hotel, if you chose to pick up at your hotel, drop off at airport. We will surcharge 5$ per way if your pick up or drop off location is not located in Nha Trang City.

What to expect
Get on your air-conditioned vehicle, now is the time for you to relax and enjoy the journey to your drop off destination. The estimated duration of the journey is about 45 minutes.
• For your reference, we will advise the car type which bases on traveler’s number as below:
- For 1-3 pax: 4 seats car (Toyota, Vios or Similar) 1 infant can associates with.
- For 3-4 pax: 7 seats car (Toyota Innova/ Fortuner or similar) 2 children or 1 adult can associate with.
- For 5-11 pax: 16 seats mini van (Transit ford or similar) 4 children or 2 adult can associate with.
• Porterage of 1 stander suitcase and 1 carry-on bag for each customer.
• Your driver has the right to refuse the ride if your luggage exceed the limits for safe driving. You will be advised to reserve another vehicle by their own cost.
• For customer who want to book drop off at airport. We would like to suggest the pickup time at your hotel as below:
- With domestic flight: pick up 2.5 hours before your departure flight time
- With International flight: pick up 3 hours before your departure flight time
• For customer who want to book drop off at hotel. Your driver always wait for you at the airport gate before your arrival flight time 30 minutes. The departure time on the ticket is just for reference.
• 30% for mid night surcharge will be required for arrival or departure from 20:00-07:00

- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day, weather and traffic conditions.
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
- Please indicate your flight numbers, arrival/departure time as well as hotel drop-off and departure pickup information.
- Infant will be free. Senior, youth, children will have the same charge as adult price.
- This is a private activity. Only you/ your group will participate.
