What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Private hotel/residence pick-up and drop-off is included for all locations within Dubai city limits.
Flexible pick-up timing available, starting from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM based on guest preference (to be confirmed at the time of booking).
Guests staying in remote or desert resorts (e.g., Al Maha, Bab Al Shams) may request pick-up; supplement charges apply based on distance.
Private vehicle guarantees no sharing with other guests; the tour is exclusively reserved for your group.
Car type (SUV, van, etc.) can be customized depending on group size and preference—please specify in advance.
Travelers are requested to be ready at their location at least 10 minutes before the confirmed pick-up time to ensure a smooth departure.
At the end of the tour, travelers will be dropped off at the same location as the pick-up point, unless otherwise requested at the time of booking.
What to expect
Once you book the trip (online, phone, or through a travel agent), you will receive an instant booking confirmation email containing your:

2. Pre-Tour Communication:
24 to 12 hours before the tour, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS, or email with:
Exact pick-up time window
Driver or guide’s contact number
Vehicle details
Any last-minute reminders
3. Pick-Up:
On the day of the tour, your driver will arrive at your Dubai hotel, residence, or specified location within the confirmed time slot.
The driver will:
Assist with boarding and luggage (if applicable)
Confirm your name and booking
Brief you about the day's itinerary
Private tour vehicles will not be shared with other guests.
4. Drive to Hatta:
Travel in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle along the scenic desert roads towards Hatta (approx. 90–120 mins).
During the drive, the guide/driver may share interesting facts about Dubai, the Hatta region, and the itinerary for the day.
Complimentary bottled water provided (upon request).
Stops for restrooms or refreshments can be made along the way (if needed).
5. Hatta Tour Activities:
Upon reaching Hatta, enjoy the planned activities such as:
Hatta Dam (photo stop, kayaking – if included)
Hatta Heritage Village
Hatta Hill Park
Local farms or honey bee garden (subject to package)
Optional lunch stop at a local restaurant or cafe (at own expense or included if specified)
The driver remains available for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
6. Return Journey:
After the tour activities are completed, the group or private party will re-board the vehicle for the return drive to Dubai.
You may request brief photo stops or a break on the way back if part of a private tour.
7. Drop-Off:
Travelers will be dropped off at the same location as the pick-up point, unless another Dubai location was pre-arranged.
