Meeting and pickup
Pick-up and drop-off included from any hotel, residence, or airport in Dubai city limits. Please ensure you provide your complete pick-up address (with building name, room/villa number, and contact number) at the time of booking. Pick-up from Dubai International Airport (DXB), Dubai Cruise Terminal, or other special locations (e.g., malls, restaurants, business centers) can also be arranged upon request. Please specify at least 24 hours in advance. For pick-ups outside Dubai city limits (Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, etc.), additional charges may apply and must be confirmed at the time of booking. The driver will wait at the designated location for up to 15 minutes beyond the agreed pick-up time. After this, waiting charges may apply. If your hotel requires special access (e.g., gated community, valet area, private residence), please inform your concierge or building security to allow vehicle entry or pick-up. For airport pick-ups, please provide your flight number and arrival time to ensure smooth coordination. The driver will meet you at the designated meeting point inside the terminal with a name board. Guests are advised to be ready at the lobby/reception area 5–10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time to avoid delays.
At the end of your booking period, you will be dropped off at the same location as your pick-up point unless an alternative drop-off address is provided during or before the trip. Flexible drop-off options within Dubai include: Hotels or residences anywhere within Dubai city limits Dubai International Airport (DXB) – if pre-arranged Dubai Cruise Terminal (Port Rashid or Dubai Harbour) – upon prior request Popular locations such as shopping malls, restaurants, or attractions in Dubai
