Our driver will be waiting for you at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled time, taking into account the arrival time of your flight.
Upon arrival, once you go through migration and customs, we recommend you to be vigilant, as the driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name or the agency logo.
In case of major delays or if you are unable to see the driver, please contact us immediately at the assistance number we provide.

Important Information about DE DEs Airport Pick-up Point ✅ DE pick-up service for the tour can be provided directly from Tocumen International Airport (PTY), upon request at the time of your Reservation. ✅ This service is available to passengers whose final DE DEstiny is DE DE within the central area of Panama City, covering hotels in areas such as:— Marbella — El Cangrejo — Obarrio — Paitilla — Avenida Balboa — Casco Viejo If your destination is DE within this area, airport pickup is included in the tour price (if you pre-contract). DETINATIONS OUTSIDE DE CITY CENTRE For passengers wishing to be transferred from the airport to destinations outside the central area of the city, POR example:— Bonita Beach — Gamboa — Outlying Areas An additional fee DE USD 20.00 POR passenger will apply and must be paid before the start of the tour or transfer. This fee covers the additional transportation costs DE order to reach these farthest areas. Recommendation To expedite your experience, we recommend confirming in advance whether your hotel is located DE within the included pick-up area or if the additional fee is applicable.
