Meeting and pickup
Transfer from your hotel to Columbus Cruise Terminal For your convenience, our staff will pick you up directly from your hotel lobby at the pre-coordinated time. We will be identified with a sign bearing the Fascinating Adventures Travel logo, so you can easily recognize us. ✅ Where are we waiting for you? In the hotel lobby, ready to help you with luggage and provide personalized attention. Please arrive at least 10 minutes in advance of the indicated time. Important: When booking, the passenger must indicate the name of the cruise they will take, to ensure the correct service assignment and departure time. Fundamental if you book shared service In shared transfers, there may be an additional waiting time, as the vehicle makes stops to pick up other passengers at hotels with similar routes. We coordinate everything to make the journey efficient and on time, but we appreciate your understanding and punctuality. Service coverage area The service covers hotels located in Panama City and central areas. ️ Out-of-coverage hotels, such as Playa Bonita or Gamboa, have an extra charge. We want you to start your journey with peace of mind. Here’s how our shuttle works from your hotel to the cruise terminal:
1. Advance booking of transfer
When booking, it is important that you tell us:
Name of the hotel
Estimated pick-up time (according to cruise itinerary)
Number of passengers
Name of cruise ship
Amount of luggage
This allows us to coordinate the service correctly and assign the right vehicle.
2. Confirmation of service
We will send you the confirmation with the details of the transfer:
✔ Exact pickup time
✔ Name of driver or guide
✔ Contact telephone for assistance
✔ Information on the type of vehicle
3. Meeting point at the hotel
Our driver or representative will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby, identified with a sign with the Fascinating Adventures Travel logo and/or your name.
It is recommended to be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
4. Departure to the terminal
The trip takes place in a comfortable vehicle, with air conditioning, adapted to the number of passengers and luggage.
In the case of shared transfers, there may be short stops at other hotels according to the established route.
5. Arrival at the port
We will drop you directly at the boarding area of the Columbus Cruise Terminal, making sure you arrive in time for your check-in and boarding.
