Upon arrival, once you go through migration and customs, we recommend you to be vigilant, as the driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name or the agency logo. In case of major delays or if you are unable to see the driver, please contact us immediately at the assistance number we provide. We ask you to be on the lookout as our team will be ready to welcome you and take you to your destination in comfort. * Personalized assistance: Our team is available to help you with your luggage and accompany you safely and comfortably to your hotel or booked destination. * Important recommendation: Please verify that your flight details are correct at the time of booking. To coordinate your transfer, it is essential that you provide us with the details of your flight:

* Flight number
* Estimated time of arrival
✅ Meeting point:
Our representative will wait for you at the terminal corresponding to your flight, in the customs departure area, identified with a sign with the name of the company and/or the passenger.
✅ Baggage allowed:
Each passenger can carry a suitcase and carry-on item. If you are travelling with additional luggage, please notify us when booking as you may apply clown supplements at your destination and to allocate the appropriate vehicle.
✅ Estimated transfer time:
The journey to the cruise terminal takes between 45 and 50 minutes, depending on traffic and current conditions.
