Upon booking this self guided tour we will send you information for you to buy your tickets and about the castle in general to get you excited about the trip to the stunning Windsor Castle and to help you make the most of the visit on the day. Our chauffeur will meet you at your hotel or accommodation in a Mercedes executive class minivan and whisk you away comfortably and in style to Windsor Castle. At the castle you can get a complimentary audioguide to help you navigate it, some of the commentary is by the King himself. Windsor Castle is the oldest and largest continuously occupied royal castle in the world and one of the official royal palaces of king Charles III and the final resting of Queen Elizabeth II. See the State Apartments used for official state visits and wonder at the awesome gothic architecture of St George's Chapel where Prince Harry married Meghan Markle and where Queen Elizabeth II and many other royals are buried.
