First stopping at local family producing local rice pancake and mat weaving family. Stop by at a coffee shop with really nice view, we sip some nice coffee and cold drink, relax a little whilst discussing the experiences.

Later on, we visit Duy Hai dock to take photo of fishing boats and seafood dealers. Although relatively small in size, the Tra Que organic garden is hugely important and well-known in Hoi An. Specifically for producing the highest-quality vegetables thanks to the special techniques used. We will ride the bike/car on the path of many trees next to the rice fields, buffalo, cows in the field, the village road from the countryside to the wild road along the village. 3Bay Mau Coconut Forest
After all that hard work, the next experience is to have a fun ride on a water buffalo and listen to stories by your local guide about just how invaluable water buffalos are to the farmers. Time to take that photo of you and your family riding the buffalo. Our next stop is the Nipa Palm Coconut Forest where we will test the seafarer in you as you will take a ride in a bamboo basket boat giving you a chance to fish for crabs You will learn how locals throw out the big fishing nets and you will get to try this for yourself.

4Tra Que Vegetable Village
After our refreshment, they will demonstrate each task involved in the growing of vegetables. Then it is your turn to: work the soil, fertilise with seaweed, including stomping in the seaweed sow the plants, and water them with two watering cans in the traditional way.

After all the experiences on the basket boat, rest a little bit, then enjoy in a wonderful meal for lunch cooked by a local family and back to your hotel
