This truly unique experience was created together with a renowned photographer Frederik Wissink. Originally from Canada, Fred spent more than half of his life in Asia, calling Vietnam his home for the last 17 years. Since he moved to this amazing country, Fred has been doing commercial work for major hotel brands including Accor, Hyatt, and Four Seasons, and corporations like Google, Samsung and Nike.
He did assignments for international media including The New York Times, The Guardian, USA Today, and Discovery Channel. His works were published on the covers of Conde Nast Traveller and Car & Driver magazines.
Your experience will be hosted by our professional photography instructor, Hoang.

What to expect
Along the way, you’ll explore off-the-beaten-path spots, connect with friendly locals, and receive expert photography tips from a professional photographer. You will also learn fascinating historical insights about Hanoi’s downtown and its unique architectural heritage.
You will start your journey over a cup of morning coffee or tea while your host shares the photo tips, ways to approach people, and details to look for to make the most of your photography experience.
You will stroll along the historic Hoan Kiem Lake, a bustling area full of locals engaged in various activities from dancing to cycling to just hanging out on the lakeside enjoying the beautiful morning views of Hanoi downtown.
You will walk on the streets and through the backyards of Hanoi, lit up by the morning sun and head towards a street market. You will see how Hanoians start their morning and might even make friends with some interesting characters.
