Stand-up Paddle (SUP) is a fantastic way to explore the spectacular beaches and caves of Polignano a Mare.
After a short practical lesson we will begin paddling along the coast, which with its natural beauty will immediately make us disconnect from the world and become one with the marine environment that surrounds us. We will go to the discovery of bays, beaches, inlets in the rock and hidden corners of paradise.
There will be an opportunity for a dip in these spectacular blue waters. Fun is guaranteed.

What to expect

You have two options:
Group excursion with instructor :
A guided tour of about 2 hours, also ideal for beginners. Discover the most spectacular points of the coast safely, including tales, dives and unforgettable photos.
Free rental :
Choose between 4 or 8 hours of rental and enjoy the freedom to explore at your own pace. Perfect for those who already have some experience and want to experience the sea without limits.
