What to expect

Live an authentic wine-experience in the suggestive Valle d’Itria, among vineyards and Masseria cellar. Discover the secrets of wine production and taste three excellent labels accompanied by the typical products of the Masseria, in a stone-vaulted room or outdoors on the panoramic terrace, when the weather allows.

The food and wine itinerary includes :

- Minutolo (white): bruschetta with semolina bread, tomatoes from the garden, extra virgin olive oil and primosale with Minutolo gelatin;

- Primitivo Rosé: fresh mozzarella and zucchini alla “poverella” with mint and EVO oil;

- Cabernet Sauvignon (red) : freshly baked, wild pork salami with quince jam.

A unique experience among genuine flavors, fine wines and unforgettable views, ideal for wine and gastronomy lovers of Puglia.
