We cross the suggestive Costa Ripagnola, a stretch of coastline dotted with solitary trulli and still uncontaminated landscapes.
We then reach Conversano, where we take a tasty break in a historic bakery to taste the traditional Apulian focaccia.
We resume the tour towards Monopoli, where we live a sensory experience in the artisan dairy, discovering the secrets of milk processing and local cheese production.

After the next visits, on the way back, we will visit the workshop of the famous artist Peppino Campanella, renowned for his extraordinary glass sculptures. In his atelier, we can admire unique creations inspired by the sea and light, the result of a combination of craftsmanship and artistic sensitivity.
The route continues along the picturesque Costa Ripagnola, a coastal stretch that extends between Polignano a Mare and the locality of Cozze. This area is known for its pristine beauty and the solitary trulli that dot the landscape, representing one of the most authentic and wild corners of the Apulian coast.
The road continues through the countryside until you reach nearby Conversano, where you will have the opportunity to admire the Aragonese Castle and the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, a magnificent example of Apulian Romanesque architecture. But Conversano is not only history: it is also a must-see for gastronomy lovers. During the stop, we will visit a historic bakery to taste the famous local focaccia and witness the production process, an authentic experience that will immerse us in the gastronomic culture of the area.
Along the way to Monopoli, we will immerse ourselves in the tranquility of the Apulian countryside, stopping at a farm. Here, guests will have the extraordinary opportunity to live a unique sensory experience by visiting an authentic artisan dairy. Instead, once in Monopoli, we will enjoy a walk in the old town overlooking the sea. The visit includes a walk along the ancient harbor, where the bright colors of the fishermen's boats blend with the blue of the sea and the whiteness of the city walls.
