What to expect

Experience includes the preparation of fresh pasta with Senatore Cappelli durum wheat produced by Masseria Atipica, the collection of edible vegetables and herbs present in the garden and a brief introduction on the typical Apulian diet.

At the end of the preparation of the pasta and the condiments we will gather at the table to taste the cooked delicacies, combining them with a good glass of wine
