The experience is a practical cooking course in which a complete menu will be made using only seasonal ingredients.
Each dish will be introduced by a local history or tradition and you will learn to cook just like the Apulian grandmothers and mothers do in their kitchens every day.
At the end we will have lunch together around the friendship table.
* On request it is possible to make menus for vegetarians, vegans and gluten-free.
