After getting out of the Metro station, we will walk by this park, so it's a good chance to have a walk around on our way into old town

To experience how commerce and different businesses operate in the city, from tasting different fruits to observing the well-known Mamas and their famous, energetic cleansing rituals with plants. As its name shows, it is the most central market in the city, so we will have a perfect city experience.

Where we will climb up to the bell towers and learn about Gothic architecture style churches and their adaptation to our beliefs. (pay on-site) $4.

8Iglesia y Convento de San Francisco
Our final stop, where we can learn more about the Quito School of Art within one of the oldest and most historically significant buildings in the city, will include a visit to its convent and a climb to its bell towers, where we will witness the passage of time and its influence on what now makes up the city of Quito.
