Iulia will be able to put you at ease, teaching you how to prepare fresh Italian pasta starting from the basic ingredients. This intimate experience for small groups will make you discover the essence of the cuisine of the past times, when supermarkets did not exist, and all the ingredients were procured in local shops or from farmers. Even the pasta sauce will be freshly made, and you will experience the authentic taste of homemade food, accompanied by a good glass of Valpolicella from a local winery.

What to expect

Lesson of approximately 3 hours to discover one of the tasty food of Italian gastronomy. We will make tagliatelle and stuffed pasta together, like grandmothers used to make time, with genuine and local products. At the end of the preparation, we will be able to taste our creation, accompanied by an excellent Valpolicella from a local winery. An experience full of fun, in contact with the culture, tastes and flavors of the Valpolicella area.
