We will visit an original Austrian Fort, the seasoning area for our products, in an environment that combines tradition, modernity and technology, leaving the charm of the historical asset in which we find unchanged. We will tell you about our approach and our philosophy, and the production methods, which we have been pursuing with passion for years.

We will go then to the dedicated area, where you can taste our best organic wines, paired with quality cheeses and cured meats, and our olive oil, paired with an artisanal focaccia of ancient grains.
