What to expect
Your tasting takes place in our charming outdoor garden, a serene setting away from the bustle. As you enjoy five carefully selected wines, each is paired with a local specialty to enhance its flavors.
Wine & Food Pairings:
• Chiaretto Spumante Brut DOC – traditional Italian appetizer
• White or Sparkling Wine – polenta and trout in saor
• Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC – bruschetta with cherry tomatoes & stracciatella
• Bardolino Classico DOC – soppressa and local cheese
Still or sparkling water is included.
At the end, you may visit the winery to explore the cellars, learn about the production process, and discover the passion behind each bottle.
