In the Prades Mountains nature reserve, we host several forests with old trees that conform to mature woods, ideal for practising forest bathing activities (Shinrin-yoku in Japanese). During this activity, we will immerse ourselves in the forest of Mont-ral mindfully, enjoying a walk to a hidden spot of great beauty. There, we will take our time to sit and do a small meditation, controlling our breathing and becoming aware of our environment. During the whole activity, we will wake up our senses and peacefully enjoy and savour our experience in nature.
