What to expect
Start at 8h45am, filling in forms at the diving centre to ensure medically everything is good, getting equipped, briefing, boat trip around 15 min maximum, arrive at dive site and dive for around 30-40 min.

- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- People suffering from asthma or any other breathing problems, lung problem, chest disease or surgery, epilepsy, seizures or convulsions, blackout or fainting, any dive accidents or decompression sickness, recent surgical interventions (last 6 months), high blood pressure, heart disease or history of heart attack or stroke, heart surgery, ear surgery, hernia, ulcers or ulcer surgery, colostomy, any psychological problems ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A RECENT MEDICAL CERTIFICATE certifying you are fit for scuba diving. Please note that it’s a non-exhaustive list and there may be other medical conditions which will require medical approval first.
