This beach is at the same area of the sugar loaf mountain. Very easy to get there by bus or Uber.

End point
This activity ends back at the meeting point.

What to expect

The tour starts with a basic introduction about paddle techniques and safety on the ocean. We start to paddle from the Beach in direction of the Lage Island, a military base that is not used any more. By the way we can see Christ the redeemer, Sugar Loaf, the city of Niteroi and all the mountains that make Rio de Janeiro a unique city.
The tour takes around 2:30 hours, we paddle around 5km and the route can change because of weather conditions.
