We will prepare two classic dishes of the Italian tradition that every Sunday are present on the tables of every self-respecting Italian family.
We will do both a historical / theoretical introduction and then move on to the practical part where you can make with your hands two gourmet dishes that have made Italy famous in the world

What to expect

We will learn how to make spaghetti and lasagna which are the famous Italian dishes. With flour, eggs, water, milk you will make pasta and we will teach you the little Italian secrets. We will be in San Frediano, the heart of Florence in a well-kept and comfortable place. We will cook lasagna together: how to make the dough with a rolling pin. I'll explain how to cook a good Bolognese sauce and béchamel. While we cook it, we prepare the famous Italian spaghetti that we can all eat together accompanied by our excellent Tuscan organic wine. Finally, we will also taste a delicious chocolate dessert. The experience will last 3 hours including cooking and eating all together. All of you will receive recipes with our secrets.
