  Casal de Loivos

  After the morning experience, continue toward the river corridor and Pinhão area. This gentle transition keeps the day calm and avoids unnecessary backtracking. Stop at Casal de Loivos Viewpoint, one of the most admired panoramic balconies in the Douro Valley. From here, enjoy sweeping views over Pinhão, the Douro River and vineyard terraces descending toward the water.

  Pinhao Railway Station

  Arrive in Pinhão, one of the most emblematic villages in the Douro wine region. Visit Pinhão Railway Station, famous for its blue azulejo panels depicting vineyard work, harvest scenes, customs and landscapes of the Douro. After the station, enjoy a brief walk near the quay and riverside area, keeping the atmosphere central and the walking manageable.
