Option 1 - If you choose Aveiro, you will see the region's famous canals. Known as “the Venice of Portugal”, it was a fishing village which feels more like a balcony with a privileged view of the Atlantic Ocean. The colorful boats – known as “moliceiros” – will invite you to embark on a journey through the city's historical heritage.
Option 2 - If you prefer to stop in Coimbra, don't miss the University, one of the oldest and most prestigious in Europe, known for its Baroque library, the Joanina. In this city of students, you can also pass by the Old Cathedral, the monastery and the church of Santa Cruz, without forgetting the Penedo da Saudade.
Option 3 - Visiting Fatima will undoubtedly be an unforgettable experience. Known as the “Altar of the World”, the city has one of the world's leading Marian cult shrines and is the destination of millions of pilgrims every year.
