Acatenango Sunrise Hike (No Overnight Stay) (2 people minimum)

Experience one of the most unforgettable sunrises in Guatemala. This hike takes you up the majestic Acatenango Volcano to watch the sunrise above the clouds while witnessing the powerful eruptions of Fuego Volcano right in front of you.

This option is perfect for travelers who want the full Acatenango experience without accommodation at the volcano. We start the adventure in the evening and hike together to our campsite, where you will enjoy the incredible volcanic activity during the night. Early in the morning, we continue higher to watch the sunrise from above the clouds.

We provide professional guides, equipment, meals, and full support to make this challenging adventure safe and memorable.

    07:30 pm - Ride from Antigua to Miratenango (entrance of the Acatenango Volcano). There you will meet the guide and start the treking of the volcano.
