1Parque Arqueologico Cihuatan
Cihuatan (in Nahuat: place next to the Woman) is the largest archaeological site in El Salvador, but one of the least known. This site was inhabited by an emerging civilization after the collapse of the Mayans. 3Los Tercios Waterfall
We will visit the emblematic waterfall Los tercios, recognized for its special rock formation formed. A sculpture carved perfectly, created by Mother Nature; His interest lies in the spectacular composition of the vertical wall of the waterfall formed by hexagonal blocks of fine carved stone, which make up the bottom of the waterfall. The height of the jump can exceed 10 meters and although in the dry season it forms a singular image, it is in the rainy season when the water descends through the blocks that reach its greatest splendor and scenic beauty.
