Find your way to the Seven Birches Winery Tasting Room, where Founder, Mark LaClair will be waiting for you. You will end the experience in the tasting room where you entered.
What to expect
Mark will take you for a brief walk through the cellar, then bring you into the Birch Room (private room off the main tasting room) for a sampling of 4 (predetermined) wines from the library rack. This one-on-one experience with Mark is very educational as much as it is entertaining. It is a great opportunity to ask all of those burning wine questions and to sample legacy Seven Birches Wines that the general public does not get to try.
With your reservation, you will receive the following:
Brief walk through the wine cellar to see the equipment and activity of the day.
One-on-one (small group) time with Mark, the founding winemaker of Seven Birches Winery.
Sample 4 wines from the "Library" - a set of wines off-limits to the general public.
Wine tasting and grape variety education.
