You have ten minutes of courtesy once the pick-up time has passed.

We recommend leaving the hotel / apartment at least one hour before the time you need to be at the airport.
You can request that the driver assigned to you be the same person who picked you up at the airport.
If you have a smartphone with whatsapp, communicate it in your reservation, to be able to communicate with you.
